INDIANAPOLIS — Nick Sirianni has learned a lot from Frank Reich.
The years Sirianni spent working under Reich with the Colts and Chargers prepared him to be the Eagles’ head coach last season and the endorsement from Reich, who helped the Eagles win a Super Bowl in 2017, went a long way.
But when asked on Tuesday at the combine about being a mentor to Sirianni, Reich made it clear that he gets plenty out of that relationship too.
“It’s a two-way street,” said Reich, who will enter his fifth season as the Colts’ head coach in 2022. “I’ve coached with Nick for 6 years and I tell Nick all the time, I learned a lot coaching with Nick. He’s a good football coach, a good person. We had a lot of great offensive sessions, talking about how to attack defenses, what do you do in the passing game.
