The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Olympic hurdler and former University of Oregon wide receiver Devon Allen to a three-year contract on Friday. Allen hasn’t played organized football since 2016 when he was a member of the Ducks. The 27-year old ended up pursuing his track and field career and put his football dreams on hold.
Allen finishedi in the top five in the 110-meter hurdles at the past two Olympic Games, finishing fifth in Rio and fourth in Tokyo in 2021.
