Top 10 single-season passing leaders

It’s hard to talk about the quarterback position at LSU without falling into some recency bias.

This isn’t a program known for the play of its passers, but Joe Burrow changed all of that in 2019 with one of the most prolific seasons a quarterback in college football has ever had as he led the team to a national title.

When looking at the best individual seasons from Tigers passers, Burrow’s record in 2019 will likely stand unbroken for quite some time. But with that being said, there have still been some impressive seasons from other players worth pointing out.
