Isaiah Spiller was an absolute workhorse for Jimbo Fishers’ Aggie program over the last three years. While Fisher was attempting to establish a physical brand of football that emphasized the ground game to open up passing lanes down the field, Spiller was the main cog, chewing up yards on the ground and breaking big plays. Now he’s headed to the NFL, after being selected 123rd overall in the 4th round by the Los Angeles Chargers.
The newest Charger was also a weapon in the passing game as a receiver, and was solid in pass protection which Quarterback Justin Herbert will appreciate.
