Micah Parsons fires back at Washington first-round pick Jahan Dotson

Jahan Dotson became the highest-drafted wide receiver from Penn State since 1984 when he was selected with the No. 16 overall pick of the Washignton Commanders on the first night of the 2022 NFL draft. The following day, Dotson met with the Washignton media for the first time, and he already got a chance to give the rivalry with the Dallas Cowboys a little more fire.

Dotson admitted to being a longtime fan of the Dallas Cowboys in his introductory press conference with the Commanders, but he said he is already looking forward to squaring off with them two times a season in the division rivalry.

“It’s going to be amazing, to play them twice a year, beat them twice a year,” Dotson said when asked about playing against the Cowboys, and former teammate Micah Parsons.

Parsons, of course, made sure to catch wind of this comment from his former Nittnay Lion teammate, and he was quick to fire back with a solid response.

Parsons has a pretty good argument. It’s tough for Dotson to get the ball from new Washington starting quarterback Carson Wentz if the quarterback is being taken down by the reigning defensive rookie of the year.

We’ll be sure to keep a watchful eye on the upcoming NFC East showdowns between Dallas and Washington to see which former Nittnay Lion gets the last laugh.
