The recruiting news for the class of 2023 just continues to roll out almost daily and we are going to do our best to keep you up to date on that, along with all the other news and notes involving the Crimson Tide.
Speaking of the class of 2023, an in-state four-star defensive lineman, Kelby Collins, narrowed his list of schools down to five on Tuesday afternoon, and Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide are right in the thick of it.
Collins is a top 50 prospect according to On3’s Consensus Rankings. Collins had this to say about the Crimson Tide when he spoke with Hayes Fawcett of On3.
“I grew up an Alabama fan. They’re close to home, about 45 minutes to an hour down the road. I like Coach Saban and Coach Roach, and I feel like they have a great plan for me as well. They put players in the league every year. First round, second round… regardless, you’ll go to the league if you go to Bama, I feel like.”
