Jase McClellan looks to be making a full recovery

On October 2, 2021, Alabama running back Jase McClellan suffered a knee injury against the Ole Miss Rebels. McClellan would go on to miss the remainder of the 2021 season and his absence in the running back rotation was certainly felt.

McClellan is a gifted runner who is also a threat out of the backfield as a receiver. Aside from his abilities as an offensive threat, McClellan was also a star on the special teams unit for the Crimson Tide.

Before his season-ending injury, McClellan had 288 yards from scrimmage and five total touchdowns. One of them came on special teams after a blocked punt.

Still recovering from his injury, Tide fans did not get to see McClellan during the spring activities but from the video below, it looks as if McClellan is making a full recovery.

Former Auburn running back Brad Lester, who now owns his own training company, posted this video on his Twitter account displaying McClellan’s progress.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to monitor Jase’s progression throughout the offseason.
