Catching up on all of Oregon’s recent player additions in 2022

Early look at 2023 recruiting class rankings in the Pac-12 conference

It may be the offseason in the world of college football, but the Oregon Ducks have been busy over the past several weeks, adding a number of new faces to the roster for the 2022 season.

With the transfer portal deadline coming and going, we have seen a handful of new faces come to Eugene both for the upcoming season, as well as in the 2023 recruiting class.

With summer just about here, there’s a good chance that you may have missed out on some of the new additions, or potentially want to know about some of the incoming players. We want to help, so we decided to break down the new additions and give you everything you need to know about them going into the new season.

Flipped commitment from Oklahoma Sooners

WR Caleb Chapman

4-year transfer from Texas A&M Aggies
Has two years of eligibility remaining
Caught 28 passes for 3 touchdowns with Aggies
6-foot-5, 200 pounds

As a former 4-star recruit who Oregon was after coming out of high school, Chapman will look to finish out his college career on a high note and potentially boost his draft stock before he takes a shot at the next level.

P Adam Barry

3-year starter with Temple Owls (1 year of eligibility)
6-foot-6, 225 pounds
Averaged 41.95 yards on 63 punts last season

With the future of P…
