Recent Big Ten projections from College Football News show a belief that the Nebraska Cornhuskers will improve their win total from one year ago. Without divulging the actual win total projected, itโs safe to say that CFN believes that the Huskers will become bowl eligible for the first time since the 2016 Music City Bowl.
If these projections come to fruition, the 2022 Big Ten Championship would see the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Wisconsin Badgers facing off at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on December 30 for the conference championship. In fact, Nebraska has been projected to face old Big 12 rival Kansas State in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.
