Although Texas did not have a single player selected throughout the 2022 NFL draft, the Longhorns are still well-represented across the league.
Several former Texas players moved around this offseason during NFL free agency, while a handful of former Longhorns signed as undrafted free agents following the NFL draft in April.
As it sits currently, 35 former Texas players are on an NFL roster. The list includes well known names such as Colt McCoy, Sam Ehlinger, Justin Tucker, D’Onta Foreman, Marquise Goodwin, Joseph Ossai and Cameron Dicker.
There’s a chance a few of the 35 names listed below will not make the active 53-man roster for their respective NFL team, but they’re certainly in the process of proving their value.
Here’s a look at each current Longhorn in the NFL and where they currently reside. Keep in mind that this group of players does not include former Longhorns that transferred to another program prior to entering the NFL.
