Penn State has shown it can produce pro talent at the receiver position and it has certainly helped recruit receivers as a result. The likes of Jahan Dotsonthis past year and now Parker Washington are showing Penn State can coach up these receivers they are recruiting.
The latest receiver to commit to the Penn State program is Yazeed Haynes who is another player who proves that James Franklin stays true to his word to keep the best in Pennsylvania in Pennsylvania.
The Fort Washington product will be joining an already elite class for the Nittany Lions for 2023. They currently sit ranked third according to 247 Sports in their 2023 class rankings. At the rate Franklin and his staff are going they may have a shot at number one when it is all said and done.
