Every five-star Clemson signee from the Dabo Swinney era

As with most other national championship-caliber programs across the country, Clemson’s success has stemmed from top-notch recruiting.

Whether it be landing one of the top-10 rated recruits of all-time in quarterback Trevor Lawrence or grabbing an underrated prospect such as three-star linebacker Isaiah Simmons, Clemson has produced some of college football’s greatest talents.

Since Dabo Swinney took over as head coach in December of 2008, Clemson has signed nearly 30 five-star recruits, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. While some didn’t live up to their rating, most played a very influential role in the Tigers’ journey of winning seven ACC titles and two national championships.

As for the Tigers’ 2023 class, quarterback Christopher Vizzina is the lone five-star that has committed so far. Since he hasn’t signed his letter of intent yet, he won’t make the list, but here are the 27 five-stars that Swinney and his staff have signed since 2009.
