As we approach this second weekend in July, on a fine Friday, we are 65 days away from when the NFL will have their first slate of Sunday games in Week 1.
The Arizona Cardinals will open the season at home against the Kansas City Chiefs in 65 days.
No. 65 currently belongs to undrafted rookie offensive lineman Greg Long, who was signed after a successful tryout at rookie minicamp. He played collegiately at UTEP and Purdue and, while at UTEP, had Cardinals offensive line coach and run-game coordinator Sean Kugler as his head coach for his first two years there.
