It is mid-July, and we are almost there. We are getting dangerously close to the start of the 2022 college football season.
As we approach a new college football season, it is about that time when various sports outlets alike start releasing their 2022 preseason All-America teams. It is a time to honor and acknowledge the players we expect to be the best at their positions for the upcoming season.
According to Athlon Sports’ 2022 All-America Team, there are six Tigers who they project to be the best of the best at their position, earning their preseason All-American status. Some Clemson selections are obvious choices, while there is a selection or two that may surprise a few.
The 2022 college football season could be a big one for the Tigers as the team looks to work their way back into the college football playoff.
