The Pac-12 Conference looks much different than it did a year ago. Sure, Utah, UCLA and Oregon are all expected to do well in 2022. However, the USC Trojans might go from a four-win team to the conference champions if things go their way.
The bottom of the conference hasn’t changed much and unfortunately, the Colorado Buffaloes were picked to finish last by the Pac-12 media.
A lot of new quarterbacks have made their way to the conference, including Heisman Trophy contender Caleb Williams, who followed Lincoln Riley over from Oklahoma to USC.
Steven Lassan of Athlon Sports recently tanked all the quarterbacks in the FBS, and here are the rankings for each of the 12 Pac-12 signal-callers, with Brendon Lewis being Colorado’s representative:
115. BRENDON LEWIS, COLORADO

Now, things could change drastically if JT Shrout ends up winning the Buffs job. As of now, there has been no decision made by Karl Dorrell.
But, Lewis being this far down the list (there are 131 QBs total) is not a good sign for him.
95: JACK PLUMMER, CALIFORNIA

The former Arizona Wildcats quarterback is now the lead man at Cal. He can definitely end up higher than this ranking, but there are just so many question marks.
58: EMORY JONES, ARIZONA STATE

57 : MICHAEL PENIX JR., WASHINGTON
