Nothing becomes official until later this afternoon but a slow trickle of reports has begun for the next wave of NFL moves. Teams were required to place waiver claims by noon today with the official announcement of those claims coming at 4 PM.
The Cleveland Browns have the thirteenth waiver priority with a few players that could be of interest to them.
After setting the initial 53-man roster yesterday, the Browns also have work to do to set their practice squad as well. Ten of those players have to have no more than two accrued seasons in the NFL while the other six can be veterans.
We will keep track of all the reports of who is signing to the practice squad right here:
WR Daylen Baldwin
We shared the report in a separate post but Baldwinβs return puts him in a position to develop after joining the roster late in training camp. With some concerns at the position, Baldwin could see playing time quicker than anyone could have expected when he signed originally.

Another position with some depth concerns, Perry gives the team a stout body in the middle of the defensive line which makes him a perfect practice squad addition:
CB Herb Miller
Miller has been an important practice squad player for Cleveland based on his special teams ability. Returning to the practice squad gives him a chance to get elevated again this year:
TE Zaire Mitchell-Paden
Ken Blaze-USA TODAY SportsThe hulking tight end is back on the practice squad as the teams looks to develop his physical gifts into playmaking ability with only two tight ends on their initial roster:

This is a strange one. Moore played offensive guard in the preseason but the team is converting him to defensive tackle.
