Kickoff time, TV announced for Missouri game

The SEC office announced the start times and broadcast information for Week 4’s slate of games.

For Auburn, their conference opener with Missouri is set to kick off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, at Jordan-Hare Stadium and will be broadcasted live on ESPN.

The game will mark the fourth straight game at home to begin the season for Auburn and will be their first of two straight SEC games played at Jordan-Hare Stadium. So far on the season, Auburn holds a 2-0 record with wins over Mercer and San Jose State.

Missouri is 1-1 at this point in the season and is coming off a tough loss against former Big 12 rival, Kansas State.

The game will mark just the third time that Auburn has played Missouri as mutual members of the SEC, and it will be the first time that Missouri has traveled to Auburn for a game. Their first meeting as members of the SEC took place in the 2013 SEC Championship game, where Auburn won a boat race with Missouri 59-42. In their most recent matchup, Auburn running back Kerryon Johnson rushed for five touchdowns in Auburn’s 51-14 win over Missouri in Columbia during the 2017 season.

Both teams will play one game before meeting on the gridiron next Saturday. Missouri hosts Abilene Christian while Auburn hosts Penn State.
