The Dallas Cowboys will be on the road for the first time this season when they visit MetLife Stadium to face the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. The Cowboys split their two home games to start the 2022 NFL season, losing 19-3 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before beating the Bengals 20-17 on a last-minute drive Sunday. Quarterback Dak Prescott was injured in that loss to Tampa Bay and is out after having surgery, but Cooper Rush did enough to get the victory against Carolina. The Giants are 2-0 for the first time since 2016 and bring confidence into the NFC East showdown. They started off the season with a 21-20 victory against Tennessee, the AFC’s top seed in the playoffs last season. They followed that with a 19-13 victory against Carolina on Sunday, and new coach Brian Daboll seems to have instilled fight into a team that went 4-13 in 2021.
Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
