Nebraska will welcome Indiana to Memorial Stadium on Saturday evening for the 2022 conference home opener. The game will be Memorial Stadium’s 386th straight sellout. New Nebraska Interim Defensive Coordinator Bill Busch and a pair of players, Defensive Lineman Colton Feist and Defensive Back Marques Buford Jr., spoke to the media on Wednesday afternoon.
Busch will be coaching his first game as the DC taking over for Erik Chinander, who was fired after the blowout loss two weeks ago against Oklahoma. Busch moves to the new position from his previous job as Special Teams Coordinator. This is Busch’s third stint at Nebraska. He was an assistant from 2004-07 and 1990-93.
