The Chiefs dropped a nail-biter to Buffalo in Week 6, losing to the Bills in the regular season for the second year in a row. This rematch of the famous 2021 playoff game wasn’t quite as good as its predecessor, but it was still a close game that featured big performances from receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and tight end Travis Kelce. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes had a solid day, too, but his two interceptions ultimately cost the team.

The Chiefs have another postseason rematch on their hands next week when they take on the team that they defeated in Super Bowl LIV, the 49ers. The Niners are coming off a loss to the Atlanta Falcons, so the Chiefs are hoping they’ve caught the Niners as they’re slipping.
