The Miami Dolphins made another trade for a potential star on Tuesday, acquiring pass rusher Bradley Chubb and a 2025 fifth-round pick for running back Chase Edmonds, a 2023 first-round pick (via. San Francisco) and a 2024 fourth-round pick.
This adds to their defense that’s already full of playmakers, with Emmanuel Ogbah, Jaelan Phillips, Melvin Ingram and Christian Wilkins in the front seven alone.
Chubb has 5.5 sacks through the first eight games of the year, and if he can come in and make an immediate impact, he could finish with the best statistical season of his career.
Here’s how fans reacted when they found out about the trade:
Miami did what it needed to! This is what it takes to go to the next level! Scared money don’t make money! #FinsUp
