Takeaways from Week 10 win

*Now let’s move to the offense, starting with QB Daniel Jones. Jones completed 76.5 percent of his passes (13 of 17) for 197 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He earned a passer rating of 153.3, which is not only the best of his career but also the highest of any player in the NFL this season.

*Jones has now gone six consecutive games without throwing an interception, the longest streak of any Giants quarterback since Phil Simms in 1993. He has just four total turnovers (two interceptions, two fumbles) in nine games this season.

*RB Saquon Barkley registered a career-high 35 rush attempts against the Texans and finished with 152 yards and a touchdown. It was the fourth-highest rushing total of Barkley’s career and the second-most this season. It was also the fourth-time Barkley topped 100 yards on the ground this year and the 16th time in his career.

*Barkley now leads the league with 931 rushing yards and 103.4 rushing yards per game. His 152-yard outing on Sunday moved him up to seventh place on the franchise’s all-time rushing list with 3,868 yards, which passed former Giants running back Ron Johnson (3,836). Next up is two-time Super Bowl champion Ahmad Bradshaw at 4,232 yards. Barkley’s 73.0 rushing yards per game for his career is the most in Giants history.

*WR Darius Slayton caught three of four targets for 95 yards and a touchdown. The 31.7 yards per catch were the highest single-game average in Slayton’s career, while his 54-yard touchdown catch was just one yard shy of his career-high (55 yards at Philadelphia in 2019). Slayton earned a 156.3 passer rating when targeted in Week 10.

*Slayton reached 20.97 mph on his touchdown catch, the fastest speed as a ball carrier in his career.

*TE Lawrence Cager came into this game with just two career receptions. He matched that number on Sunday while he found the end zone for the first time in his career. He was on the field for 45 offensive snaps.

*In his Giants debut, WR Isaiah Hodgins was on the field for 43 offensive snaps and caught two passes for 41 yards.

*LT Andrew Thomas did not allow a single pressure on 23 pass block snaps. He has yet to surrender a sack on 332 pass block snaps this season.
