­With Week 11 in the NFL officially in the books and a lot to look forward to with Week 12 on the horizon, there’s a bunch to take a glance at regarding what former Virginia Tech football players are up to at the professional level. With plenty of maroon and orange scattered across the league, there continues to be opportunity after opportunity to see a multitude of Hokies perform on Sunday’s in the fall.

Notable Week 11 Performances

CB Kendall Fuller & TE Logan Thomas

Washington standout cornerback Kendall Fuller nabbed his first-career pick-six in the Commanders’ 23-10 victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon.

 
The 2016 third-round draft pick additionally racked up four total tackles, with two coming on his own, in the 13-point win, making his presence felt in a Washington secondary that’s proved to be big in the team’s late run down the stretch towards a potential playoff berth in the NFC East. 
 
Tight end Logan Thomas had quite the day himself on the flip side of the ball for the burgundy and gold. The converted quarterback from his time in Blacksburg hauled in five receptions for 65 yards down at NRG Stadium, including a 19-yard catch that led to an eventual Joey Slye field goal to give Washington a 17-0 lead. 
 
Up next for Fuller, Thomas, Slye and the remainder of the Commanders, a date with the Atlanta Falcons inside FedEx Field on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET with the game being televised on FOX.

Buffalo defensive tackle Tim Settle recorded his first lone tackle for loss in the 2022 campaign in the Bills’ 31-23 defeat of the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon.
 
The first-year member of the team’s defensive front tallied two total tackles (1 solo) in the eight-point victory, showcasing his ability to be a strong depth piece on the defensive side of the ball for the remaining weeks of 2022.
