Missouri may enter Friday’s Battle Line Rivalry game against Arkansas as the more desperate team.
Arkansas enters as the superior team.
The Razorbacks (6-5, 3-4 SEC) clinched bowl eligibility in Week 12 with a victory over Ole Miss. Mizzou beat New Mexico State to provide itself with an opportunity finish the year .500, provided the Tigers can win the Battle Line trophy.
Arkansas has never beaten Missouri in Columbia, though the teams have only played there five times in history. They’ve only met 13 times, period, in fact.
They’re oddly similar with their results this season. Five of Missouri’s six losses have come by a single possession. Three of Arkansas’ losses have been in the same fashion.
These are the Razorbacks Wire staff’s five predictions for the game.
