The off-season is here, and with that come the post season awards and recognitions. Some awards are given for outstanding performance on the field, while others are given for outstanding performance or service off the field.
On Tuesday, Texas A&M veteran offensive lineman Layden Robinson, one of the leaders of the offense who served as a public face for the players in many media appearances, was recognized by the Southeastern Conference as a member of its 2022 SEC Football Community Service team.
According to the release by the school, Robinson served the Brian College Station area mostly through the Twin City Missions, serving meals and maintaining the facility, along with other service opportunities.
Robinson has been a fixture at right guard for the Aggies for two seasons, and will graduate in December 2022.
