David Bell ruled out vs. Texans with hand injury

WR David Bell has been ruled out for the remainder of the Browns’ Week 13 game against the Texans due to a hand injury.

A third-round rookie who has played in every game this season, Bell exited after the Browns’ first drive. He was targeted once on a third-down play on that drive but couldn’t come up with the catch. Anthony Schwartz and Demetric Felton Jr. have been used in Bell’s role since he exited.
