DURHAM – Chicago Bears rookie cornerback Josh Blackwell and Los Angeles Rams offensive guard Matt Skura highlighted the nine former Blue Devils that appeared in the 13th week of play in the National Football League.
 
In Chicago, Blackwell made his first career start on defense, appearing in 51 snaps for the Bears on Sunday. He tallied a career-high five tackles in their 28-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers. The rookie also appeared in 11 special teams snaps, recording one tackle.
 
Skura made his second start for the Rams on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. He played in all 64 of the Rams’ total offensive plays as the home side dropped a 27-23 decision to the Seahawks with less than 40 seconds remaining.
 
Former Blue Devils’ quarterback Daniel Jones combined for 271 all-purpose yards in a 20-20 tie against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. He threw for 200 yards and one score, while adding 71 rushing yards on 12 carries. The divisional foes will meet again on Dec. 18 in East Rutherford.
