The Chicago Bears (3-11) will battle the Buffalo Bills (11-3) on Saturday, where Chicago is looking to snap a seven-game losing streak. But they face a tall order against one of the NFL’s best.
After suffering a narrow loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Bears face the toughest remaining strength of schedule to close out the 2022 regular season, where they’ll battle the Bills, Lions and Vikings.
While Buffalo is trending toward a Super Bowl run, Chicago is contending for a top-three draft pick. So it’s not a surprise that the Bills are heavy favorites.
The Bears have opened as 8.5-point home underdogs against the Bills in Week 16, according to BetMGM. The over/under is set at 41.5.
This is the 12th time this season that Chicago are underdogs (previously against the San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers (twice), New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles). They were favored in Week 3 against the Houston Texans, Week 6 against the Commanders and Week 10 against the Lions.
