Four-star running back. Florida high school. Dreads. Arkansas football.
It isn’t just Alex Collins anymore. Isaiah Augustave signed with the Razorbacks as part of the Class of 2023 on Wednesday during early signing day.
Tennessee, Oklahoma State, Maryland, Missouri and others from power conferences across the country all sought Augustave’s services. But the 6-foot-2, 195-pound back from Naples stuck with the Razorbacks after committing in June.
Augustave was just the second skill position player to commit to the Razorbacks following quarterback Malachi Singleton. Singleton was the second player Arkansas announced as having signed on Wednesday.
Augustave is the seventh-rated running back in the Class of 2023 and ranked No. 165 in the nation among all players.
