Quincy Rhodes stays home, signing with Arkansas out of NLR

Four-star cornerback Jaylon Braxton signs with Arkansas

Rhodes committed to Arkansas in February after being in touch with coach Sam Pittman starting in January. He transferred from Jacksonville High to NLR for his senior year.
