WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. –  The NFL regular season is coming to a close and Boilermaker alumni are making an impact and pushing for the playoffs all across the league as 10 former Boiler football greats saw action in week 16. 
 
Markus Bailey – LB – Cincinnati Bengals
Made a tackle on the special teams unit as he contributed on 17 snaps to help the Bengals to a 22-18 victory over the Patriots. 
 
Derrick Barnes – LB – Detroit Lions
Returned from injury to log three tackles on 25 snaps as the Lions took a tough loss to the Panthers. 
 
Ja’Whaun Bentley – LB – New England Patriots
Had season highs in tackles (12) and snap percentage (100%) on a busy day for a Patriots defense that held Cincinnati’s dynamic offense to 22 points while picking off Joe Burrow twice in a losing effort.

David Bell – WR – Cleveland Browns
Made one catch for 18 yards on a tough day for the offenses in Cleveland, where the wind-chill temperatures dropped into the negatives. It was the cold game in Saints franchise history. 
 
Brycen Hopkins – TE – Los Angeles Rams
Hopkins put up his best numbers of…
