Texas A&M is well represented in the National Football League, with some of the most well-known players and coaches descending from the ranks of the maroon and white throughout the years.
Week 17 of the NFL schedule was of course focused on the health of Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin, who suffered a devastating cardiac-related injury against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center later that night. As of Friday, Jan. 6th, Hamlin has thankfully been able to breathe on his own, speaking to family, and teammates for the first time since the injury.
