‘Cuse football fans will get their first glimpse of the 2023 Orange that evening, which are coming off a Pinstripe Bowl appearance last season and welcome back a bevvy of key players including starting quarterback Garrett Shrader, and First Team All-ACC Tight End Oronde Gadsden II, who set the program’s records for receiving yards and receptions by a tight end last season. Leading tackler, Marlowe Wax, and sacks leader, Caleb Okechukwu, are also back off the 2022 squad to lead the defense.
Admission and parking will be free and the event will feature fun for Orange fans of all ages, including an opportunity to meet and interact with your favorite players, appearances by the spirit squads, Select-A-Seat and more. The exact start time and rundown of events will be announced at a later date.
For fans who cannot attend in person, the game will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.
Syracuse football season tickets are available now and once again start at just $99, with no price increases from last season. The schedule has six quality home games in the JMA Wireless Dome, which featured sold out crowds in two of the final three home games last season. Existing season ticket holders can now renew their tickets on their MyCuse Account to be part of the electric atmosphere in the building once again. Prospective new season ticket holders can buy their 2023 tickets here.
