Transfer Player Profile Jacob Hood

The former three-star recruit joins a Nebraska front line that could greatly benefit from his size and strength. Hood may not be the tallest, only out lengthened by Teddy Prochazka and Bryce Benhart, but his combination of height and weight is unmatched on the current Cornhuskers roster.

Hood should be a player that competes for a starting role and will look to the upcoming spring practices to showcase his ability. He will have to go head-to-head against the aforementioned Benhart and Prochazka.

With no true assurance of a starting role for anyone under Matt Rhule yet, you can bet that there will be fierce completion between the three.
