Quarterback Baker Mayfield has officially landed in Tampa Bay.
The former Rams, Panthers and Browns signal caller flew in to officially sign his contract on Monday, and he’ll also address the media for the first time as a Buccaneer at 1 p.m. ET. Before that, though, he has a message for Bucs fans, which you can watch in the video above.
Tampa Bay will be Mayfield’s third stop in two years, but he won’t be with the Bucs to merely fill in for an injured starter as he was with the Rams. He’s expected to compete with quarterback Kyle Trask for the position in training camp, and it will be interesting to watch the two battle in the coming months.
