WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest football team entered its second week of the spring season with its first practice of the week Tuesday morning at the Doc Martin Practice Fields.
For the first time this spring, the Demon Deacons were wearing pads in practice bringing a new feel to the spring regiment.
In between the lines, competition along the outside continues to improve a strength from last year’s team. On Tuesday, redshirt junior wide receiver Donavon Greene made an impressive catch along the sideline, one of the better plays of day three:

Wake Forest continues to build up towards the April 15th spring game which will be the culmination of 15 spring practices. Be sure to come out and support the Deacs and get your first look at the 2023 team:
