Vols in the NFL - Week 11

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – It was another successful week for the former Tennessee football players around the National Football League.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Joshua Dobbs saw action in primetime, registering his second-straight start against the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football. Dobbs completed 20 of 32 passes for 221 yards while also adding 21 rushing yards from eight attempts. In a low-scoring, tightly contested matchup between a pair of team riding long win streaks, the former Vol signal caller logged two total TDs (one passing, one rushing) during the Vikings’ 20-21 loss to the Broncos.

Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Cedric Tillman made his first career start against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie made one catch for two yards and tallied one rushing attempt for eight yards during the Browns’ 13-10 win over the Steelers.

Detroit Lions cornerback Cameron Sutton caused havoc in an NFC North divisional bout against the Chicago Bears. Making his 10th start of the season, Sutton logged five combined tackles, one TFL and forced a fumble during the Lions 31-26 win as Detroit improved to 8-2 on the year.
