Things got much more interesting than expected at the end, but the Los Angeles Rams pulled out a 28-20 win over the Washington Commanders in Week 15. The Rams secured a 28-7 lead in the fourth quarter, only for the Commanders to score successive touchdowns when Jacoby Brissett replaced Sam Howell late in the contest.
With the NFC playoff race being tight between a handful of teams, getting a win and improving to 7-7 was crucial for the Rams on Sunday. The Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings lost this week, and the Rams will face the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night, which is a game with major playoff implications.

The Rams have produced 28-plus points in four straight games, and there’s no doubt Williams has proven that he’s arguably the most important player not named Stafford in the offense.
