Browns jump to 3-point favorites vs. Texans after C.J. Stroud news

After opening up the week as 2.5-point underdogs to the Houston Texans, the 9-5 Cleveland Brown have seen a massive shift in their line for this Week 16 matchup. This leap is largely due to the news that rookie phenom quarterback C.J. Stroud is likely to miss his second straight game with a concussion and that former Browns’ backup Case Keenum will get the start.

After the news dropped that Stroud was still experiencing concussion symptoms, the Browns lept from 2.5-point underdogs all the way to three-point favorites on the road in Houston (according to BetMGM).

Of course, the game is played on the field and not on a betting slip. While Joe Flacco and the Browns have a chance to punch their ticket to the playoffs this weekend, they must take care of business against one of the better defenses in the league on the road.

Can the Browns nab their tenth win this season as they travel to Houston?
