Poles impressed by Bears’ cornerback group

“You’re encouraged in the way that the defense played, continued to take the ball away,” Poles said. “You’re encouraged by some of the individual performances. I thought Justin [Fields] made some good throws and Cole [Kmet] had that really nice touchdown on the scramble drill. But on the other side of it too, there’s still a lot of room to grow and improve as a football team.”
