It makes sense that McCaffrey would get a day off given his workload this season. Jennings continuing to be in concussion protocol is not a good sign for his availability Sunday. Head coach Kyle Shanahan on Thursday expressed a little optimism that Banks may be able to play Sunday, but a non-participation again doesn’t instill a ton of confidence.
