Ingold earned his first Pro Bowl selection in his fifth NFL season. He has played in all 16 games for the Dolphins this season with 13 starts, totaling 13 receptions for a career-high 119 yards. As Miami’s starting fullback, Ingold has paved the way for a Dolphins unit that leads the NFL in total offense (409.2) and scoring offense (30.1). Ingold has served as the lead blocker for a Miami rushing attack that leads the league in yards per carry (5.0) and ranks fifth in rushing yards per game (137.5). With one game to play, the Dolphins’ 26 rushing scores are tied for the most in team history.
In addition to his strong season on the field, Ingold was named the Dolphins’ nominee of the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award for his work off of it. Through his foundation and work with the Dolphins’ community relations connections, Ingold has made an impact in schools and the Miami area this season. Ingold was also a nominee for the award in 2020 during his time as a Las Vegas Raider.
The 2024 Pro Bowl Games, hosted in partnership with Florida Citrus Sports, Orange County and the City of Orlando, will be a multi-day AFC versus NFC competition culminating on Sunday, Feb. 4 at Camping World Stadium.
In addition to Sunday’s event, ESPN will air the Pro Bowl Skills Show live from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, Feb. 1 in the Nicholson Fieldhouse at the University of Central Florida. A made-for-TV event, the Pro Bowl Skills Show will feature the NFL’s top players participating in unique competitions that showcase their on-field and off-field skills.
