Los Angeles Chargers Agree to Terms with Joe Hortiz as General Manager
Hortiz will oversee all player personnel and scouting matters, including free agency and the NFL Draft. He most recently was the director of player personnel for the Baltimore Ravens from 2019-23 after holding a variety of roles while advancing through Baltimore’s personnel department. Hortiz’s introductory press conference will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, with more details to follow.
