Football Adds Reid to 2024 Incoming Class During February Signing Day

DURHAM — Duke head football coach Manny Diaz announced Wednesday that Khari Reid has signed his national letter of intent to join the Blue Devil gridiron program.
 
With the addition of Reid, Duke’s 2024 signing day class reaches a total of 17 student-athletes.
 
The full class includes: three offensive linemen, two cornerbacks, two defensive ends, two linebackers, two safeties, two wide receivers, one tight end, one nickel, one punter and one defensive tackle.
 
A total of 10 states and Australia are represented in the group with six from Georgia, two from North Carolina, and one each from Australia, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.
 
The full Signing Class of 2024 consists of: Gemyel Allen (OL | Buford, Ga.), Derrick Brown Jr. (LB | Waxhaw, N.C.), Landan Callahan (CB | Rural Hall, N.C.), Kyren Condoll (CB | Fontana, Calif.), Brett Elliott (TE | Holliston, Mass.), Vontae Floyd (N | Norfolk, Va.), Zach Jackson (S | Smyrna, Ga.), Jayden Moore (WR | Sykesville), Tyshon Reed (DE | Moultrie, Ga.), Khari Reid (S | Philadelphia, Pa.), Kade Reynoldson (P | Queensland, Australia), Jack Small (OL | Northvale, N.J.), Bradley Smith (OL | Newnan, Ga.), Kobe Smith (DE | Chattanooga, Tenn.), Montreze Smith (LB | Temple, Ga.), Chase Tyler (WR | Powder Springs, Ga.), and Preston Watson (DT | Lake Mary, Fla.).

Brown Jr., Callahan, Condoll, Floyd, Moore, Reed Jr., Reynoldson, and Watson all enrolled at Duke in January.
