Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had the best season of his young career in 2023, as he set career highs in completion percentage (69.3%), touchdowns (29) and yards (4,624 – which led the league).
Playing in all 17 regular-season games and one in the playoffs just a year after having his football future questioned due to concussions that cost him significant time earned him votes for Comeback Player of the Year.
At points during the season, he was considered the favorite for the league’s MVP award, which was eventually given to Lamar Jackson for the second time.
With the 2023 season coming to an end, everyone has begun to look ahead, including oddsmakers, as there are already futures out for next year’s MVP winner.
According to BetMGM, Tagovailoa (+2500) has the 12th-best odds to be named 2024 NFL MVP. Here are the 11 players with better odds than him to win the award next season.
