Florida athlete Kaylib Singleton is offered

Rutgers Naseim Brantley is a boost for the offense

Rutgers football offered Kaylib Singleton over the weekend. The class of 2025 athlete is among the top players in this recruiting cycle from Florida.

Singleton plays for Fleming Park (Fleming Park, Florida, which is the high school alma mater of current Rutgers linebacker Abram Wright. He is a 6-foot-1, 175-pound defensive back who is ranked a three-star and the No. 38 athlete in the nation according to Rivals.

He holds a very solid offer list that includes Florida, Iowa, Iowa State, Kentucky, Liberty Mississippi State, Pittsburgh, Texas A&M and UCF among others.

In addition to playing football, Singleton is a very strong competitor in track and field where he sprints but also is a high jumper.

On Friday night, Singleton posted on social media about his Rutgers football offer.

 

The 2025 recruiting class for Rutgers is off to a solid start with three commits (all three committed verbals are ranked as three-star recruits).

One of the players committed to Rutgers is Florida quarterback Sean Ashenfelder, ranked by Rivals as the No. 27 quarterback prospect in the nation.

Committed to Rutgers since this past fall, Ashenfelder held offers from Cincinnati, UConn, Liberty, Pittsburgh, USF, Virginia Tech and West Virginia

Rutgers played the second-toughest schedule in college football last season and finished with a 7-6 record. They defeated Miami in the Pinstripe Bowl.
