The Nebraska Cornhuskers have been named a potential breakout team heading into the 2024 season. 247Sports named the Huskers one of their eight possible breakthrough teams for the upcoming college football season.
Nebraska is entering the upcoming campaign after finishing the 2023 season with a record of 5-7. The Huskers are looking to play in their first bowl game since the 2016 Music City Bowl.
Matt Rhule’s team is the only Big Ten team to make the list. Nebraska’s spring game will take place on April 27 at 11:00 a.m.
The Cornhuskers will kick off the 2024 season on Saturday, August 31, when they host UTEP at Memorial Stadium. You can find all eight breakout teams listed below.
