White attended South Carolina University for the majority of his college career, totaling 642 rushing yards (6.2 YPC) and 198 receiving yards (9.4 YPR) in his time at USC. Before South Carolina, White went to Florida State, where he played linebacker prior to transitioning to running back.
White went undrafted following the 2022 NFL Draft, and was later signed by the Miami Dolphins and added to their practice squad. His time with Miami was brief, as he was later released.
ZaQuandre White was picked up by the USFL’s Birmingham Stallions in 2023, joining a loaded running back room there. He saw action in five games, compiling 129 rushing yards and two scores. Additionally, he made an impact coming out of the backfield, with 81 receiving yards and a touchdown.
For White, while he showcased some impressive skill sets with the Stallions, the team features a few tremendous backs as is. This led to ZaQuandre going unprotected during the dispersal draft process.
