Early in the draft cycle, Powers-Johnson was widely regarded as the top center of the class. His powerful playing style, refined technique and wealth of experience at OC positioned him to become a standout NFL player.

After an excellent showing at the Senior Bowl, Powers-Johnson rocketed up draft boards, often going well before the Cowboys picked at 24. But in subsequent weeks the 6-foot-3, 328-pound goliath has been sliding and now finds himself falling into the back of the first round and in some cases, out of the top-32 altogether.

Unconfirmed injury concerns offer him an uncertain future. Some teams could be frightened off while other teams like Dallas may just see it as an opportunity for a steal.
