US News & World Report lists Auburn as Alabama’s top university

The US News and World Report recently released its best colleges and universities rankings for the 2023-24 academic year, and it is no surprise that Auburn ranks high on the list.

US News and World Report cites the city of Auburn being one of the best places to live in Alabama, as well as its pageantry surrounding football gamedays. As a university, Auburn has a four-year graduation rate of 56%, a student-to-faculty ratio of 20:1, and 36% of its classes have fewer than 20 students. Business is a popular major at Auburn University, with 24% of its graduates earning a degree in a business-related field of study. Next is engineering, followed by biological and biomedical sciences.
